Robert L. Martin, PhD
Dr. Martin holds a doctorate in audiology from University of Tennessee. Formerly a faculty member at San Diego State University, he has dispensed hearing aids privately for the past 38 years. As an expert in audiology and hearing aids, Dr. Martin has helped over 10,000 patients and published numerous research papers in many world-known journals.

Melissa Villasenor, Audiology Assistant
Melissa holds a bachelor in Speech, Language, & Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University. She has currently been working for Dr. Martin for over a year. She has published several articles with Dr. Martin in The Hearing Journal. She has been trained by Dr. Martin to program, fit, and clean Hearing Aids, as well as do hearing tests. Melissa also takes over and continues to see patients when Dr. Martin is out of town.
Vanessa Estrada, Office Manager
Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Ashford University. She is our front office star. She is friendly, welcoming, and bilingual in English and Spanish. People come in with a dead hearing aid and Vanessa is skilled at cleaning it, replacing the dome, filter, and/or receiver and making the hearing aid work. The office runs efficiently because she is talented in organization. She is very much a “people” person. You will love her.
Lianna Shupe, Office Manager
Lianna has known and has worked for Dr Martin for many years. As the office manager, she runs the back office and primarily handles the financial aspects of the business. Lianna
